• The purpose of this position is to join Sellfire and improve product design.
• Work closely with product and engineering teams on a web application.
• Responsible for overseeing the entire UX/UI of crucial workflows.
• Collaborate with the Head of Platform to streamline processes and suggest strategies.
• Contribute to quantifiable enhancements in user experience.
• Must have 3–5+ years of experience in product design, preferably in SaaS or web applications.
• Previous experience working with complex systems or data-intensive platforms.
• Proficiency in Figma (including prototypes) and contemporary product design methodologies.
• Ability to create user flows that are easy to navigate and make a significant impact.
• Strong instincts in UX, focusing on delivering value quickly and ensuring user understanding.
• Ability to present complex data in straightforward, sophisticated interfaces.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Resourceful and self-motivated individual who can navigate uncertainty and take the lead.
• Empathetic towards users while also considering business requirements.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for precision but also capable of seeing the bigger picture.
