• Collaborate closely with product managers and key stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of user needs, business objectives, and technical limitations, shaping the vision for product experiences.
• Drive the development of strategic design solutions by creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that align with user insights and business goals.
• Evolve and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistent, scalable, and user-friendly product experiences throughout the ecosystem.
• Conduct user research activities, including interviews, usability testing, and data analysis, to validate ideas and enhance solutions iteratively.
• Partner with engineering teams to ensure smooth implementation of designs, translating concepts into reality while considering feasibility and impact.
• Organize design reviews, offering and receiving constructive feedback to enhance the overall quality of design work within the team.
• Thrive in a dynamic environment, iterating quickly while upholding high standards for quality and meeting challenging deadlines.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and opportunities, contributing to the long-term design strategy and vision for the organization.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer with a strong background in frontend development.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Impressive portfolio showcasing design skills and frontend development projects.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Sound knowledge of web standards, accessibility, and responsive design principles.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration capabilities.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as Tailwind, shadcn, TypeScript, or React is a significant advantage.
