• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and customer support to enhance the user experience for travelers.
• Display meticulous attention to detail and combine logical and creative thinking effectively.
• Design user interfaces using Figma and create prototypes to visualize the complete user journey.
• Engage in all stages of the design process, from brainstorming to research, prototyping, validation, and final design.
• Work alongside Product Managers to validate concepts swiftly before implementation.
• Possess 5-8+ years of experience in product design roles.
• Demonstrate expertise in various aspects of product design, such as research, IA, visual design, AI prototyping, etc.
• Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies.
• Have a sharp eye for usability, accessibility principles, and delivering exceptional user experiences.
• Experience or knowledge of localization practices.
• Proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion.
• Take ownership of delivering a satisfying user experience and provide evidence through impactful case studies.
