Product Designer

📋 Description

• As a Product Designer in the Tech Department, you will be responsible for ensuring that our users have a great experience while learning with our app.

• In this role you will work alongside a team of product managers and engineers to connect with our customers and to solve their biggest problems in an easy and intuitive way.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer in product-focussed companies with experience in both mobile apps and web apps (B2B SaaS is a plus)

• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, design thinking, and user-centered design methodologies

• Experience creating designs keeping in mind user experience and engineering complexity

• A strong portfolio that showcases your skill in product design, user research, and your ability to tackle user problems

• Tech savvy : you keep yourself constantly updated on new technologies and the possibilities that it creates

• Previous experience with Figma and other design and prototyping tools

• Previous experience working in a start-up/ scale-up or fast growth environment is a plus

• Previous experience with user research is a plus

• Proficiency in German is a must-have
