• Create products tailored for small to medium-sized businesses, blending the visual appeal of consumer design with the functional requirements of enterprise
• Strong curiosity and empathy towards users
• Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities
• A portfolio showcasing purposeful, result-oriented work across various user journeys, with a strong emphasis on UI design
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a product designer in a SaaS environment
• Proven track record of collaborating with product managers and engineers to deliver successful solutions from concept to implementation
• Proficiency in Figma and confidence in working with component libraries
• Familiarity with design systems (extra points for contributions to or creation of them)
