• Lead the design of user experiences from research to implementation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.
• Develop and maintain design system components for consistent user experiences using Figma and best practices.
• Create engaging marketing pages, checkout flows, and product interfaces to drive user satisfaction and business success.
• Conduct user research activities to inform design decisions and iterate on concepts efficiently.
• Work closely with developers to ensure design integrity and optimize existing designs based on user feedback and data.
• Present design concepts clearly to stakeholders and identify opportunities for product improvement.
• Support product launches by creating assets and documentation for internal teams.
• 3-5 years of product design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing design capabilities.
• Proficiency in Figma, responsive design, and collaboration with engineering teams.
• Understanding of front-end development constraints, accessibility best practices, and data-driven design decisions.
• Excellent communication and project management skills with experience in eCommerce or conversion optimization.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, iterative environments with multiple concurrent projects.
