• Develop SUBSCRIBE, an enterprise software solution specializing in electronic subscription document technology and order management for alternative product transactions.
• Digitize the onboarding, investment, and reporting process for alternative investments for allocators, sponsors, and service providers.
• Translate product goals into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs for features.
• Collaborate with PM and Engineering throughout the project lifecycle, from discovery to delivery.
• Create interactive prototypes to validate ideas and communicate design decisions.
• Contribute to the design system by developing components, patterns, and documentation.
• Conduct lightweight research including usability tests, findings synthesis, and improvement implementation.
• Ensure design accessibility and quality across multiple breakpoints and perform design QA before launches.
• Assist in creating go-to-market assets and maintaining design consistency in Figma.
• Define success criteria for design work and analyze metrics for iterative improvements.
• 2–4 years of experience in product/UI/UX design for web/SaaS products (B2B or B2B2C).
• Demonstrated portfolio showcasing problem framing, iterations, and impactful designs.
• Proficiency in Figma (components, variants, auto-layout) and common prototyping tools.
• Strong skills in interaction and visual design with a focus on responsive interfaces.
• Experience in conducting usability tests and implementing design changes based on insights.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide updates and design rationale asynchronously.
• Familiarity with analytics tools is advantageous; knowledge of fintech/alternative investments is a plus.
