• Create comprehensive user experiences for various features within our trading and gaming products, starting from initial concepts to flawless execution
• Enhance consistency across our product ecosystem by working within established design systems and suggesting improvements
• Develop user-friendly interfaces based on product requirements and user research to simplify complex Web3 interactions
• Produce detailed user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs to effectively communicate your design vision to engineering teams
• Design interactive prototypes and micro-animations to elevate user engagement and bring our products to life
• Collaborate with the Principal Designer to maintain design quality standards and explore creative boundaries
• Validate design decisions through user research and usability testing, iterating based on feedback
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure successful implementation by providing assets, specifications, and ongoing design support
• Balance the design requirements of data-intensive trading interfaces and visually appealing gaming experiences
• Stay abreast of Web3 design trends and emerging patterns in DeFi and blockchain gaming
• Minimum of 4 years of product design experience with a robust portfolio showcasing end-to-end design processes
• Strong understanding of UX principles with excellent UI and visual design skills
• Experience in designing consumer-facing digital products, preferably in fintech, gaming, or marketplace sectors
• Proficient in design tools, with a preference for Figma, and prototyping software
• Basic knowledge of Web3 concepts or a demonstrated interest in learning blockchain technology
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt design approaches to different product contexts
• Excellent communication skills to explain design decisions and collaborate effectively with diverse teams
• Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently while recognizing when to seek guidance
