β’ Hold a Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, or related fields, or possess equivalent experience through a UX/UI design program
β’ Bring at least 3 years of professional Product Design (UX/UI) experience to the table
β’ Showcase a track record of designing digital products, from wireframes to high-fidelity UI designs, using tools like Figma
β’ Demonstrate expertise in user research, usability testing, UX design principles, and accessibility best practices
β’ Strong communication skills are a must, along with the ability to collaborate effectively and present design concepts clearly
β’ Manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently
β’ Show a genuine passion for enhancing educational outcomes and supporting teachers
β’ Exhibit deep empathy for K-12 educators and students, creating inclusive digital experiences that cater to diverse user needs
