• Proficient in interaction design, information architecture, and visual design with a grasp of human-centered design principles and user behavior.
• Skilled in modern design tools like Figma and UserTesting for prototyping and user testing.
• Experience designing across multiple platforms with a focus on responsive and adaptive design.
• Familiarity with designing for Learning Management Systems (LMS) or educational platforms.
• Understand front-end development principles and possess strong communication and presentation skills.
• Capable of leveraging qualitative and quantitative user research to enhance design decisions.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices.
• Embrace AI in your workflow and designing AI-enhanced product experiences.
• Display a proactive and collaborative mindset for working in interdisciplinary teams.
