Product Designer

📋 Description

• Play a key role in shaping the vision and design strategy that enhances customer and business value

• Utilize strong creative and conceptual design skills to innovate and evolve ideas

• Implement design system guidelines effectively

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional team members in product and engineering

• Lead productive customer research sessions and conduct insightful customer interviews

• Gather feedback from various sources to enhance design processes

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a full-time Product Design position (excluding internships or bootcamp courses)

• Proficiency in B2B and/or B2C environments (experience in SMB customer experience and healthcare is a bonus)

• Showcase a portfolio highlighting simplified, intuitive, and responsive user experiences for complex operations

• Ability to leverage data insights for iterative design solutions

• Expertise in UX Design, Visual User Interface Design, Interaction Design, Responsive Design, and mobile design

• Familiarity with design systems and proficient in Figma tools

• Experience with AI tools in the product design process
