⛳️ Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in UX/UI product design, preferably in early-stage startups or Web3 environments

• Impressive portfolio demonstrating user-centric design expertise in dashboards, workflows, and interactive interfaces

• Proficiency in Figma, including components, auto layout, variants, and prototyping

• Ability to create elegant designs within complex frameworks and limitations

• Skilled at presenting designs and collaborating with diverse stakeholders

• Comfortable with agile development, minimal specifications, and asynchronous feedback

• Bonus: familiarity with Web3 processes such as wallets, transactions, DAO tools, and contributor dashboards

• Ideally based in Lisbon, or open to collaboration within EU time zones
