• Develop intuitive user flows and information architecture to support complex educational and administrative workflows
• Produce wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web applications

• 5-7 years of UX/Product Design experience in a B2B SaaS business or similar setting, showing growth in complexity and responsibility
• Proficiency in Figma
• Hands-on experience with AI-guided design tools
• Track record of building design systems with engineering teams
• Skilled in user research methodologies
• Nice-to-Have: Early-stage startup involvement (as a first/second design hire), EdTech background, understanding of front-end development principles
