📋 Description

• Promote health equity through increased accessibility to cancer precision medicine (company goal)

• Develop and manage consistent brand materials, encompassing marketing collateral, presentations, and external communications

• Produce visual assets for web applications to ensure brand uniformity across all interactions

• Collaborate with the Lead Product Designer on designing user interfaces for clinical trial matching, internal platforms, and new product ventures

• Assist in product design research endeavors, including user interviews and usability testing

• Coordinate with frontend engineers to guarantee accurate implementation of design specifications

• Contribute to and uphold design systems and component libraries for product consistency

• Generate wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for new features and enhancements

• Engage in design reviews and participate in design strategy dialogues

• Support marketing campaigns with branded content and visual narratives

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Product Design, or a related field

• Have at least 2 years of experience in brand design, graphic design, or visual design

• Showcase a portfolio demonstrating strong visual design skills and brand development expertise

• Proficient in design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

• Understanding of web design principles, responsive design, and design systems

• Familiarity with user-centered design principles and basic UX methodologies

• Strong skills in typography, color theory, and layout

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams

• Interest in enhancing product design skills through mentorship and practical experience

• Previous exposure to healthcare tech or clinical trials is a significant advantage

• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
