• As a Product Designer at Unbounce & Insightly, you'll collaborate with a talented team of Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to transform the customer journey.

• Together, you'll design innovative top-of-funnel marketing and customer relationship tools that redefine how businesses connect with their audiences.

• Reporting to the Director of User Experience and User Research within a tightly knit design team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our product.

• This includes taking the design lead on projects across Unbounce & Insightly’s 3 scrum teams, where you'll have ample opportunity to make a significant impact.

🎯 Requirements

• Led the design efforts of successful products and/or features that have achieved high user adoption rates and increased revenue.

• Dealt with complex, ambiguous problems and worked with your team to deliver simple, elegant solutions.

• Developed and/or contributed to design guidelines and systems to ensure consistency and scalability.

• Stayed up-to-date with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to bring innovative solutions to products and teams.

• Collaborated effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions aligned with business goals and user needs.

• Built strong relationships with stakeholders and earned their trust through effective communication and collaboration.

• Ideally, you’ve done all of the above in the context of a B2B SaaS product.
