• Responsible for overseeing UX/UI design from concept to launch, emphasizing clarity, usability, accessibility, and refinement.
• Engage in regular user research utilizing both qualitative and quantitative methods to validate concepts, assess performance, and identify user needs.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to provide feedback, define requirements, iterate on designs, and offer guidance during implementation.
• Partner with Marketing on key initiatives to ensure visual consistency across the website, brand, and product.
• Take charge of projects and product areas to propel them forward independently while maintaining collaboration with the team.
• Contribute to the enhancement of the design practice by enriching the design system, introducing new frameworks, and refining processes.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing responsive web applications.
• Background in working on B2B SaaS products.
• Strong understanding of usability and accessibility demonstrated through past work.
• Skilled in conducting user research, interviews, and translating data into actionable insights.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills, capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Enthusiastic about design trends and open to exploring new perspectives, techniques, and tools.
• Proactive in taking action, iterating quickly, and continuously refining designs.
• Familiarity with design systems (experience in building or scaling one is a plus).
• Experience in designing intricate tools for specialized fields.
