• Work remotely with team members across different time zones using clear communication and documentation.
• 2-4 years of professional experience in product design.
• Portfolio demonstrating design process, visual craft, and user-centered thinking.
• Proficiency in Figma, FigJam, Jira, and Slack for collaboration.
• Strong communication skills to articulate design rationale.
• Growth mindset, remote work comfort, and ability to work in distributed team environments.
• Understanding of user-centered design processes in agile development.
