• Collaborate closely with product managers, user researchers, engineers, and data analysts throughout the entire feature development process.
• Produce top-notch designs, interactions, and prototypes using Figma to explore ideas and deliver optimal project solutions.
• Develop user research strategies and partner with product operations analysts/user researchers to pinpoint issues and validate solutions through user testing.
• Contribute to enhancing Wave's design system and component library.
• Engage with customers to address their concerns by critically analyzing from their standpoint.
• Articulate the rationale behind your product choices during review sessions.
• Prototype visual and UX concepts, refining them towards the most suitable solution.
• Proficiency in English.
• 7 to 8 years of comprehensive in-house product design experience, particularly focused on consumer-centric mobile apps.
• Exceptional skills in visual design, UI, interaction, and communication.
• Familiarity with both low and high-fidelity prototyping.
• Ability to analyze complex interaction designs and evaluate tradeoffs for each solution.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
