• Collaborate closely with the Lead Product Designer and a skilled team to develop user-friendly and empowering features for our product lineup.
• Take ownership of design challenges from start to finish, conducting research, generating ideas, and implementing continuous improvements.
• Design innovative features such as improved mod discovery, interactive game guides, maps, and community-driven elements.
• Shape product direction through design input and work with leadership to define the platform's evolution.
• Work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with team members.
• Engage with engineers to ensure that designs result in high-performance gaming experiences.
• Lead user research efforts and translate findings into actionable enhancements for our products.
• Contribute to the development of design standards and systems, seamlessly transitioning between strategic planning and hands-on design work.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in product design, with a robust portfolio showcasing a thoughtful design process and top-notch visual/UI work.
• Ability to work autonomously, thriving in environments with minimal guidance and ambiguity.
• Strong collaboration skills, particularly in working with engineering teams to assess technical feasibility.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of clearly articulating design concepts to stakeholders, founders, and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Figma, demonstrating the use of AI-enabled design workflows and current design tools and methodologies.
• Experience in designing consumer products, preferably in the gaming, entertainment, or community-oriented app sectors.
