• Be adaptable and versatile, switching between strategic planning and hands-on design work as needed.
• Minimum of 4 years of product design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating your design process and visual/UI skills.
• Comfortable working autonomously and thriving in ambiguous situations.
• Excellent collaboration skills, especially when working with engineering teams on technical aspects.
• Strong communication skills to articulate your design concepts to various stakeholders.
• Proficient in Figma with a focus on utilizing AI-driven design workflows and staying updated on modern design tools and methodologies.
• Experience in designing consumer products, preferably in the gaming, entertainment, or community app sector.
