• Lead the creation and development of a new platform from inception to implementation, ensuring a seamless design lifecycle.
• Design user journeys and workflows that enhance supplier-seller interactions and streamline inventory management.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs based on user insights and research findings.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and consistent user experiences.
• Establish design principles and guidelines to maintain coherence throughout the platform.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and continuously iterate on designs to enhance user experience and meet business objectives.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Product Designer.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing new products or platforms from scratch.
• Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in e-commerce, marketplace platforms, or supply chain management is a plus.
