• Role Overview
• We are seeking a skilled and user-focused Product Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a profound passion for crafting exceptional user experiences and a keen eye for design intricacies. You will be responsible for overseeing UX aspects across our digital products, from initial exploration and user studies to creating wireframes, prototypes, and refined user interfaces.
• Working closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, you will ensure that our products provide intuitive, accessible, and enjoyable experiences for learners and educators globally.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in UX/UI design or product design
• Demonstrated expertise in user research, usability testing, and translating insights into actionable design solutions
• Proficient in Figma (with knowledge of design systems)
• Strong competencies in visual design: typography, color theory, layout, interaction design
• Understanding of UX strategy, information architecture, and interaction patterns
• Profound understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles
• Portfolio showcasing in-depth UX ideation and refined UI design
• Ability to effectively communicate design choices to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience collaborating in agile product development teams
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and adept in fast-paced environments
