• At least 3 years of professional experience in UX/UI design or product design
• Demonstrated expertise in user research, usability testing, and translating insights into actionable design solutions
• Proficiency in Figma (and familiarity with design systems)
• Strong skills in visual design, including typography, color theory, layout, and interaction design
• Knowledge of UX strategy, information architecture, and interaction patterns
• Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles
• A portfolio showcasing thorough UX thinking and refined UI design
• Ability to effectively communicate design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience collaborating in agile product development teams
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adept at working in fast-paced environments
• Independent Contractor (Global) contract structure & compensation
