Product Designer - Onchain Consumer

📋 Description

• Demonstrate design thinking with a user-centered approach within a dynamic and collaborative team setting

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design colleagues to research and develop effective solutions for on-chain developers

• Guide new features through the ideation, prototyping, user testing, and production phases

• Create user-friendly web and mobile interfaces that are both simple and intuitive

• Engage in regular design critiques to solicit specific feedback on designs and integrate relevant input

• Implement the product roadmap and assist in shaping product strategy

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Product Design

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in a related field

• Have contributed to at least one wallet or on-chain application experience

• Exhibit proficiency in UX thinking, visual design, and written communication

• Experience collaborating with engineers, user researchers, and product teams in a team environment

• Proficient in Figma and prototyping tools

• Display traits of humility, collaboration, and open-mindedness
