• Collaborate strategically with product management, engineering, and design leadership to define and shape the product experience in our patient portal/application.
• Generate innovative ideas and concepts while effectively merging and iterating towards a cohesive vision.
• Engage in the entire design process, from user flows and initial wireframes to polished mockups and interactive prototypes, to explore and convey concepts.
• Produce exceptional marketing materials (custom images, iconography, etc.) that enhance page design and resonate with the target audience.
• Offer artistic direction to external collaborators (photographers, videographers, etc.)
• Advocate for design by showcasing your work and presenting to senior stakeholders/leadership, articulating design decisions and objectives.
• Participate in workshops, brainstorming sessions, and design thinking exercises.
• Minimum of 4 years experience in consumer product design within an agile team setting
• Portfolio showcasing exceptional design work for consumer products, ecommerce, and marketing websites, emphasizing attention to detail and strong foundations in typography, interaction, visual design, and storytelling
• Proficient in current design and prototyping tools (Figma, Photoshop, etc.)
