• We are in search of a versatile and seasoned UX Designer to revolutionize the interaction with real estate technology.
• As a UX Designer, you will be instrumental in creating engaging, user-friendly experiences on our web and mobile platforms.
• Collaborate closely with diverse teams, including product managers, engineers, and designers, to develop intuitive solutions that cater to our clients' needs and streamline their real estate experiences.
• Conduct user research with the UX team to comprehend customer needs, preferences, and pain points. Utilize these insights to guide your design choices.
• Create coherent information architectures for our web and mobile apps to ensure seamless navigation and accessibility.
• Produce wireframes, interactive prototypes, and mockups to visualize and convey design concepts. Refine based on feedback and usability testing.
• Partner with the design system team to transform wireframes and prototypes into visually appealing and unified user interfaces, influencing new design patterns.
• Organize and conduct usability testing sessions with the UX research team to gather feedback and validate design decisions. Use results to enhance the user experience.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth integration of design solutions throughout the development process.
• Develop design documentation, including user flows, design specifications, and style guides, to maintain consistency and alignment during development.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance the quality of our user experiences continually.
• Possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or similar).
• Demonstrate proven experience as a UX Designer with a compelling portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficient in design and prototyping tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with user research methods and usability testing.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Previous experience in the real estate industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
