• Joining as a Product Designer, you will collaborate closely with engineers and product managers to deliver innovative design solutions from discovery to implementation.
• Contributing to the design team, you will not only enhance our core product but also assist in creating visual assets for Product Hunt launches, bi-weekly newsletters, and our website.
• Crafting comprehensive product design solutions.
• Playing a key role in establishing and updating our Design System.
• Providing detailed interfaces, prototypes, and documentation for seamless hand-off to engineering.
• Keeping stakeholders informed on project progress through written or verbal updates for alignment and feedback.
• Partnering with the Growth team to conduct A/B testing and design experiments.
• Taking ownership of design solutions across the product lifecycle.
• Engaging with engineers and product managers throughout the discovery and implementation phases.
• Demonstrated proficiency in designing visually appealing and user-friendly software products.
• Strong independent work skills coupled with a passion for team collaboration.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in creating clear, simple visual designs and interactions.
• Expertise in conducting user testing and research sessions during the design process.
• Skilled in prototyping (from frames to wireframes) and producing design hand-offs for engineering teams.
• Additional skills in illustration, video/audio editing, photography, or icon design are advantageous.
