• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams to establish product strategy, scope, and prioritization within a dynamic startup environment
• Address product challenges from inception and identification to delivering features to our clientele
• Rapidly create designs and prototypes for multiple concepts to validate product directions
• Take charge of designing high-impact projects from research to execution
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading the design of software products, particularly in the realm of SaaS, with a strong focus on user experience
• Impressive portfolio showcasing successful product launches
• Proven track record of simplifying intricate product architectures or workflows
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate the rationale behind complex decisions
• Background in developing design systems for complex software products
• Previous experience collaborating with Product Management, Engineers, and Designers in an agile setting
• While not mandatory, a background in lab work, scientific research, or healthcare would be advantageous in this role
