• Engage in the end-to-end design process: from discovery to measuring results, combining research, experience design, and metrics analysis.
• Collaborate on prioritizing solutions with the Product team.
• Design user flows and prototypes with a focus on scalability.
• Iterate based on metrics and user feedback, proposing continuous improvements.
• Ensure a consistent experience across all touchpoints, working with the design system and collaborating with other teams.
• Work closely with Development, Product, and Data, understanding technical limitations and proposing viable solutions.
• Document design decisions and rationale clearly.
• Solid experience with Figma (Mandatory).
• Knowledge of collaborative tools like FigJam, Miro, or similar.
• Knowledge of measurement tools like Amplitude.
• Experience in digital products and working in Agile environments.
• Basic/intermediate knowledge of prototyping and testing tools.
• Knowledge of the crypto ecosystem or willingness to learn (Mandatory).
