📋 Description
Monarch is looking for a Product Designer (Senior/Staff) who is passionate about crafting high-quality user experiences and elevating the design of personal finance tools. • Own end-to-end product design, ensuring a high bar for UI/UX through detailed execution in Figma. • Occasionally conduct UX research with customers, test prototypes, and refine designs based on insights. • Work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure seamless handoff and implementation of designs. • Within your first 90 days, get up to speed with Monarch’s design system, take ownership of new product design projects, and drive UX research when needed.
🎯 Requirements
Experience: 4+ years in product design at a consumer-focused company. • Design Mastery: Strong visual design skills, attention to detail, and a systems-thinking approach. • Collaboration: Comfortable working closely with founders, product managers, and engineers in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. • Innovative Thinking (Bonus): Experience designing for 0-to-1 projects or consumer mobile apps is a plus.
