Product Designer - Specialty Products

📋 Description

• Collaborate with specialized product teams to create innovative products that meet and exceed customer expectations

• Assist in driving Growth Initiatives for Individual and Retail Dental and Vision sectors

• Contribute to the enhancement of Medicare Supplemental Dental and Vision product designs

• Engage in product design projects for OnExchange (FFM and SBE) Dental business

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification

• Have 3-5 years or more of technical or business experience, preferably in Consumer Research, Consumer Insights, or Market Research

• Demonstrate leadership in the development and execution of Market Research projects

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

• Strong Communication and Presentation abilities

• Ability to analyze and summarize data effectively

• Capable of working autonomously
