Product Designer

📋 Description

• Work with engineers and CPO to define problem statements and develop solutions based on user insights.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to take individual projects from ideation to execution.

• Contribute to and evolve a design system.

• Conduct research continuously and interpret relevant findings with the team.

• Bring curiosity and provide constructive feedback in a collaborative environment.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in designing complex products end-to-end.

• Able to explain design process from concept to launch, using research and measuring impact.

• Structured thinker with excellent communication skills.

• Experience designing products with large data sets or complex processes.

• Experience working within and contributing to design systems.

• Plus: experience in DevOps tools.
