📋 Description

• In the role of a Product Designer, you will collaborate with diverse teams to spearhead design initiatives focused on Trust and Safety, ensuring a secure and supportive experience for our users.

• Reporting to the Product Design Manager, you will engage closely with colleagues in product, engineering, and marketing departments.

• While your primary focus will be on this area, we seek a flexible designer capable of transitioning to different product domains as required.

• This position requires innovative problem-solving skills, exceptional execution, and the drive to see projects through from inception to completion.

• We are seeking a strategic thinker who can delve into specific features while grasping their wider impact on the overall product experience.

• You should thrive on collaboration, be comfortable navigating ambiguity, and be motivated by the chance to simplify complex issues for a diverse user base.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in designing user-centric experiences for a minimum of five years, preferably in startup settings.

• Proven track record in tackling challenges related to trust, safety, or related areas.

• Proficiency in designing and launching native iOS and Android applications.

• Your portfolio should not only consist of high-fidelity mockups but also highlight impact, processes, sketches, collaboration, and self-reflection through at least two detailed case studies.

• Ability to break down complex problems into manageable, measurable components.

• Experience in conducting user research, leading user interviews and tests, analyzing behavioral data, and synthesizing insights to identify trends and offer recommendations.

• Strong advocacy for design by effectively articulating and presenting the rationale behind your concepts.

• A commitment to advancing your team's progress and seeking ways to positively influence both the team and the product.

• Results-driven mindset with a continuous focus on enhancing the user experience.

• Dedication to providing and receiving meaningful feedback as a key driver for personal growth.
