📋 Description

• You will be part of a squad that works on maintaining and evolving the Email channel experience, one of the main tools of RD Station Marketing. Your work will be essential to enhance clients' marketing strategy, collaborating with product, engineering, and design teams to create effective, intuitive, and scalable solutions. Our team aims to improve metrics such as adoption, engagement, deliverability, satisfaction, and task success, always focusing on customer success.

• Engage in discovery phases to identify, structure, and validate hypotheses with multidisciplinary teams;

• Prototype and validate solutions that connect technical impact with user experience;

• Support technical decision-making through flows, prototypes, and visual representations;

• Promote consistency, usability, and scalability in design decisions;

• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver continuous value.

⛳️ Requirements

• Knowledge in digital product design, working closely with engineering;

• Skill in interface prototyping and use of tools like Figma and Miro;

• Mastery of information architecture, usability, and UX heuristics;

• Ability to understand complex problems to systematize and test solutions;

• UI Design experience to create intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing interfaces.

• Previous experience as a Product Designer in SaaS products;

• Knowledge of agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban;

• Ability to conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing;

• Familiarity with usability and product metrics analysis (Mixpanel, Hotjar, etc.);

• Understanding of digital marketing concepts and email campaigns.
