• Minimum 7 years of product design experience, with at least 5 years in enterprise B2B software

• Proven proficiency in utilizing AI tools in production design workflows

• Track record of delivering AI-powered features or intelligent user interfaces

• Experience in leading design for products with a revenue impact exceeding $5 million

• Portfolio showcasing intricate design systems and technical workflows

• Proficiency in AI Design Tools such as ChatGPT/Claude, Midjourney/DALL-E, and GitHub Copilot

• Experience in AI Workflows including building custom GPTs and AI-powered user research analysis

• Expertise in Traditional Tools like Figma with advanced prototyping capabilities

• Technical Skills encompassing HTML/CSS/JS for rapid prototyping and familiarity with data visualization libraries like D3.js and Plotly

• Thorough understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application in user interfaces

• Background in designing for technical users and familiarity with cloud computing and distributed systems

• Understanding of enterprise software requirements at scale and experience in computational workflows

• Academic background in engineering, computer science, or related technical field
