Senior Design Manager

📋 Description

• Manage data center design projects in collaboration with internal teams.

• Oversee design development, construction documents, and specifications.

• Coordinate with various engineers and outside consultants.

• Manage consultant contracts and oversee accounting tasks related to project delivery.

• Ensure that design standards are followed and document deviations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in design, Architecture, Engineering, or related field/equivalent experience.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in data centers or specialized Critical Facilities.

• Direct experience with new construction, tenant improvements, and capital improvement projects.

• Project Management experience; PMP or PgMP is a plus.

• Experience with consultant negotiation and management.

• Experience with Revit and/or other BIM applications.
