Senior Designer 1, Product Design

📋 Description

• Collaborate within Chamberlain Group's smart access ecosystem, focusing on the myQ platform used by millions of users daily

• Join the Experience Design team to enhance user experiences through design activities

• Engage in UI/UX design activities, including research, prototyping, and documentation, within a cross-functional and agile environment

• Utilize customer insights and trends to drive user experience design efforts

• Test concepts with target users and provide actionable insights to product teams

• Drive human-centered design processes for key business initiatives

• Enhance myQ user experience across various platforms with a focus on both renovation and innovation opportunities

• Lead UX/UI design initiatives based on business priorities and team objectives

• Mentor junior designers and ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum four (4) years of relevant experience, Bachelor's degree preferred; or six (6) years of experience without a degree

• Bachelor's Degree in Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field with 4+ years of User Experience/UI Design experience

• Portfolio demonstrating design process, skillsets, and past projects

• Knowledge of UX research and usability testing best practices

• Proficiency in design, wireframing, prototyping, and presentation tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
