• Possess a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in digital product design, including at least 2 years in a B2B setting.

• Show proven expertise in working on digital platforms or intricate digital products.

• Have a wide range of design skills and a deep focus in one of the following areas: Visual UI design, design systems, or research.

• Ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams independently (product management, development, research, marketing, sales).

• Exceptional communication, leadership, and presentation abilities.

• Strong problem-solving skills, keen attention to detail, and a drive for solving complex technical and UX challenges.
