• Set vision and execute strategy for Product Design and Content Design functions
• Lead and grow teams of designers for seamless product experiences
• Increase value customers derive from software, driving adoption and reducing churn

• Provide feedback in design critiques and support cross-functional work

• Coach design team members to maximize performance
🎯 Requirements
• Seven years of experience leading or managing a design team
• 12 years in UX / UX Design
• Experience attracting, hiring, and growing high-caliber design talent
• Prior success in growing multi-disciplinary design teams
• Past experience designing and deploying AI automation features
• Proven track record in the Enterprise B2B space
• Experience with regulatory compliance and accessibility standards
• Deep understanding of research and design tools such as Figma
• Attention to detail to provide timely feedback
• Ability to unblock your team and unlock their potential
• Experience driving cross-collaboration with leaders
• Comfort owning, delegating, and driving multiple initiatives
