• Possess over a decade of experience in crafting impactful user experiences that drive strategic and measurable results.
• Have a minimum of five years of leadership involvement in managing and expanding design teams, preferably with a focus on growth and search design.
• Demonstrate a successful history of recruiting, mentoring, and retaining top design talent within a professional setting.
• Exhibit expertise in implementing new products, features, or technologies through strategic design decisions.
• Strong communication and storytelling abilities, with the skill to influence stakeholders across all organizational levels.
• Embrace a collaborative approach, excelling in partnerships across product and engineering departments.
