• We are in search of a seasoned and forward-thinking Senior Director of User Experience to lead our entire UX division and play a significant role in shaping the future of our product.
• This pivotal leadership position offers you the chance to construct, guide, and motivate a high-performing UX team, establish top-notch design practices, and ensure our products provide outstanding, user-friendly, and impactful experiences.
• Over 10 years of hands-on experience in User Experience (UX) design, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership capacity overseeing and mentoring UX teams.
• Demonstrated success in leading and launching complex digital products that have made a significant impact on users.
• Extensive expertise across all aspects of UX, encompassing user research, information architecture, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Strong strategic mindset with the ability to transform business objectives and user requirements into compelling design solutions.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to explain design concepts and reasoning to various audiences, including senior management.
• Experience in establishing and enhancing design systems and scalable design processes.
• Proficiency in using leading design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.).
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and AI prototyping solutions.
