Senior Experience Designer

📋 Description

• Utilize storytelling, interactive prototypes, and detailed visual/functional design specifications to convey customer requirements effectively

• Optimize products and interactions based on a deep understanding of customer needs, context, and business objectives

• Offer innovative solutions and processes to address complex design challenges

• Apply design patterns and create new solutions for unique situations

• Conduct customer research in 1-on-1 and group settings to gather insights for better business and design decisions

• Collaborate with various teams to prioritize and execute project work for a seamless experience

• Stay informed about Autodesk products and competitors to ensure proposed solutions are viable

• Develop cutting-edge experiences utilizing the latest technologies and AI tools to enhance decision-making processes

⛳️ Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in HCI or Interaction Design

• Possess over 5 years of professional UX or product design experience

• Showcase a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end experiences for mobile and web products

• Have experience in Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering

• Familiarity with 3D design/engineering/manufacturing software (Solidworks, Inventor, Pro/Engineer, etc)

• Ability to define experience strategy and influence product direction

• Expertise in translating complex user needs and business requirements into intuitive interaction models

• Proficient in modern design and prototyping tools

• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities
