•As the Senior Growth Product Designer, you will be instrumental in enhancing the fundamental user experiences that drive our business, ensuring seamless interactions for users signing up and managing their stays effortlessly.
•Under the guidance of our Staff Product Designer, Matt, you will influence the visual aspects and functionality of critical transactional touchpoints, optimizing user engagement, activation, and monetization. Collaborating closely with Matt, who favors Ben & Jerry's Half-Baked ice cream, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the product's trajectory alongside our leadership, product, and engineering teams.
•Your responsibilities will include:
•Advocating for conversion-focused design strategies, guaranteeing that touchpoints such as activation, onboarding, booking, and guest/owner portals are seamless, engaging, and optimized.
•Leading the design process from inception to implementation, encompassing user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and interaction design.
•Establishing and upholding a consistent design language and style guide that aligns with our brand and product vision.
•Leveraging data, user feedback, and research to enhance the user journey.
•Driving the overall design direction of the product in alignment with the company's long-term objectives and values.
•Inspiring the team with innovative concepts and a dedication to creating a product that resonates with and delights users.
•While Hospitable.com operates as a remote and distributed company, your physical location is not a constraint for this role. Ideally, candidates should be available during European or American (up to East Coast) time zones.
•We are seeking individuals who possess:
•Leadership skills: Demonstrated ability to lead design projects and collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
•Experience: Extensive expertise in UI/UX design for SaaS products, particularly in eCommerce or growth-related fields, showcased through an exceptional portfolio highlighting intuitive, delightful, and fluid experiences.
•Skills: Proficiency in design tools, with a focus on mainstream platforms such as Whimsical for mockups and Figma for designs.
•Creativity: Capacity to think innovatively and challenge conventional design norms to deliver truly unique solutions.
•Communication: Excellent communication skills, enabling clear articulation of design concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
•Passion: A deep-rooted enthusiasm for design, meticulous attention to detail, and a profound understanding of what distinguishes exceptional products.
•Bonus points for candidates with experience as a short-term rental/Airbnb host or in the short-term rental industry.

•The total compensation for this role ranges from USD $133,200 to $171,000, depending on your location's cost of living. We welcome international talent as contractors or employees based in the United States, the European Union, or Australia, factoring in payroll taxes to determine your gross pay. For US employees, the gross salary can range from $113,220 to $145,350.
•Additional compensation is offered through RSUs (via our $HOST token).
