📋 Description

• Analyze data to identify learning needs and outcomes

• Create customized learning paths for various user personas across multiple CaptivateIQ products

• Develop engaging asynchronous learning experiences, including courses, modules, and assessments

• Simplify complex product features into clear and scalable learning materials

• Collaborate with Product to update learning content based on product releases

• Transform common implementation patterns into structured educational content

• Establish and maintain core customer learning journeys in the learning platform

• Set instructional design standards to ensure consistency across products

• Work cross-functionally to identify learning goals and source content

• Measure learning effectiveness and continuously improve engagement and outcomes

• Optimize learning technologies to support distribution and reporting

• Contribute to the long-term education roadmap for expanding products

• Mentor peer content developers to enhance instructional design skills

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in learning design or related field

• Experience in designing learning programs for technical software environments

• Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design best practices

• Ability to create role-based learning paths for different user types

• Proficiency with authoring tools and Learning Management Systems

• Strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills

• Portfolio showcasing learning design samples and impact

• Based in Poland with the ability to collaborate effectively across time zones
