• Minimum 5 years of experience in learning design or related field
• Experience in designing learning programs for technical software environments
• Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design best practices
• Ability to create role-based learning paths for different user types
• Proficiency with authoring tools and Learning Management Systems
• Strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills
