β’ Utilize instructional design and state-of-the-art development principles to create captivating and inventive learning programs that align with company goals and our values-driven culture.
β’ Create microlearning modules, digital badging systems, interactive simulations, and collaborative learning activities.
β’ Collaborate with stakeholders to grasp learning objectives and desired results.
β’ Cultivate strong relationships and collaborations with management, colleagues, technical leads, company subject matter experts, and other stakeholders.
β’ Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of training scope, encompassing all aspects from planning to innovation of training programs.
β’ Collaborate with Lead Specialist, Learning and Development, and SMEs to identify target audience training needs and devise tailored plans.
β’ Develop assessments and assist in crafting measurement strategies.
β’ Lead teams and work groups to achieve targeted outcomes effectively.
β’ Proactively monitor project phases, swiftly address issues, and implement solutions.
β’ Deliver training sessions and presentations when required.
β’ Handle any other assigned duties.
β’ Preferably hold a BS/BA in a related field or possess equivalent years of experience.
β’ Ideally, have at least 5 years of experience in a related field.
