Senior Learning Experience Designer

📋 Description

• Create and enhance Sales Enablement course materials, content, and resources

• Develop sales enablement training and course content for intricate projects from start to finish

• Transform business priorities and sales strategies into precise learning objectives, experiences, and content to enhance seller effectiveness

• Produce engaging learner and instructor materials and experiences using innovative instructional design methods and adult learning principles

• Collaborate with sales leadership, product marketing, and other enablement stakeholders

• Utilize data and insights to assess effectiveness, refine designs, and showcase impact on sales outcomes

• Stay updated on learning technology and enablement trends to introduce new tools and techniques for improved efficiency and learner engagement

• Work closely with Enablement colleagues to ensure relevant and effective training and resources are developed and provided to the field

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in training, sales enablement, or a related field

• Proficiency in Sales Enablement Instructional Design

• Quick grasp of new concepts and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

• Demonstrated proficiency with training and content delivery tools

• Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Highspot, Slack, Tableau, and other Sales Enablement tools

• Strong interpersonal skills, enjoys collaborative work in a social setting

• Skilled at building and maintaining positive relationships

• Commitment to excellence and meticulous attention to detail

• Self-motivated, able to work independently on multiple projects and initiatives with little guidance

• Proficiency with modern learning technologies and tools such as Articulate 360 Rise, Storyline, etc

• Experience with AI tools supporting efficient content design and development

• In-depth understanding of sales processes, seller workflows, and GTM strategies
