📋 Description

• Create innovative training materials that emphasize high-quality visual content, including animated explainers, video tutorials, and interactive graphics

• Transform lengthy content into engaging microlearning modules

• Utilize visual storytelling, design, and animation to produce training resources that effectively convey complex ideas and maintain brand consistency

• Incorporate AI tools like HeyGen and Synthesia to enhance media production, such as generating voice-overs and creating video content

• Develop training materials to support sales teams in utilizing AI tools for sales processes

• Contribute creative visual concepts to learning strategies utilizing various media formats

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand training needs and produce compelling video and animated materials

• Ensure alignment with sales objectives and collaborate with other teams to promote asset reuse and brand consistency

• Manage multiple media projects and adhere to deadlines

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Graphic Design, Animation, or related field

• 5+ years of content creation experience with a strong portfolio in video editing, motion graphics, and content repurposing

• Proficiency in video editing and motion graphics software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator)

• Experience with AI-powered tools for media production (e.g., HeyGen, Synthesia)

• Understanding of visual storytelling and adult learning principles, particularly in sales-focused training

• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively with diverse teams

• Legal authorization to work in the country without visa sponsorship
