🎯 Requirements

• 10-15 years of experience in product design, with 5-8 years managing design teams

• Proven experience in leading product design teams

• Extensive experience designing for B2B2C SaaS platforms

• Comfortable in a hands-on design role

• Experience leading and optimizing design operations

• Strong background in mentoring designers

• Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams

• Excellent communication and storytelling skills

• Comfort with using data to inform design decisions

• Proven experience designing for growth in a PLG environment

• Experience in designing personalized experiences

• Exceptional attention to detail
