🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product design, including leadership and design work.

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, UX research, and design systems.

• Ability to balance leadership responsibilities with hands-on design work.

• Expertise in design tools like Figma.

• Strong understanding of research and testing methods for developing customer empathy.

• Ability to own the end-to-end design process.

• Ability to zoom out to conceptual design and in to high fidelity prototypes.

• Experience working in a squad with Product Managers and Developers.

• Experience in a Product-led Growth (PLG) company.

• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally across teams.
